IDA - 1111

1111 is the first single to be released from Sydney based IDA’s upcoming debut EP, i. Stepping out alone after working on electro-pop project Little Deed, working solo and under a new name is a chance for IDA to work with a clean slate.

The first of the EP’s tracks is a delicate electro-pop piece with a moody feel to it. It’s gentle electronic beat adds an element of dreaminess to the honest lyrics of IDA. 1111 is driven by synth; giving off an almost magical, intimate vibe which neatly contrasts it’s clean, sharp vocals. IDA has created a piece of electro-pop heaven in 1111 which sparks intrigue into how the rest of the EP will sound.
