Self described as a musical blend of Oasis, Franz Ferdinand and The Blinders, with the lyrical nuance of The Clash and The Smiths, Glasgow quartet Bad Hombres are a band wasting no time in establishing themselves. Formed only a year and a half ago, the four already have three well received singles behind them, as well as a strong record of hometown headline shows.
The latter of those three singles is found in the form of the Kieran Webster (The View) produced Yes Men, an addictive combination of classic rock and punk grit, topped off with indie pop sensibilities. Jam packed with swaggering riffs and storming drum beats, Yes Men is the perfect introduction to the Glasgow lads. Flawlessly constructed and produced, Bad Hombres’ sound is that of a band capable of causing chaos.
