Irish newcomer April is quenching the thirst for blissful dream-pop following her signing with Atlantic Records. Following recent track 'Piece Of Me', she today shares 'Someone That I Made', an ode to her County Kildare roots.

“Someone That I Made is about being away from comfort and missing family and safe familiar places," she explains. "it’s about growing up and realizing everything you need is already there no matter where you go. Clarence Clarity sent me a little loop, and I wrote the entire song in my old room in London. Clarence then fleshed out the music so that the entire song was made without ever having met each other in real life.”

Produced with British artist and producer Clarence Clarity (aka Adam Crisp), best known for his recent work with Rina Sawayama, the new single offers a luscious soundscape of dazzling synths and pop hooks; each of which, aided by April's soft and transportive vocals make for a cinematic sense of nostalgia.
