FEVER - Honesty

Having kept themselves busy throughout lockdown with frequent online appearances and covers, Hull five-piece FEVER fill the time before their postponed live dates with Blossoms with new single Honesty, released via said Stockport lads’ Very Clever Records.

It’s immediately clear that FEVER have been working with Blossoms upon the first listen of Honesty, a full blown indie-pop anthem destined for pyro filled festival crowds and flying pints. By no means are the Hull lads providing anything groundbreaking, but if easy listening indie is your cup of tea, then they may just be the band for you.

Singer and songwriter James Harrod details the track’s origins, “‘Honesty’ is a song about being at the make or break point with someone you like. It’s saying we could keep on playing these games with each other or we can just be honest and see what happens.”
