Hauskey recruits rising star Hope Tala for slick new slacker-pop single 'One Minute'

Aussie slacker-pop star in the making Hauskey has been churning out quality, hit-ready pop over the past year and a half. Today, with new single 'One Minute', featuring rising London R&B newcomer Hope Tala – he solidifies himself as an artist worthy of playing amongst in the big leagues.

Channelling the frustrations of being surrounded by fake people & friends into what is ultimately a soothing, kicked-back number – his first collaborative release to date, 'One Minute' combines the silky tones of Hauskey's low-key vocals with smooth R&B rhythm; both of which are effortlessly complimented by Hope Tala's dulcet tones.

Fake, fair-weather friends. Seems to be plenty, especially in the music industry. Being from a tiny town in the middle of nowhere, I don’t handle bullshit all that well, and can’t stand people who aren’t genuine." explains Hauskey. “This song wrote itself, but I’m pretty proud of the ‘friend to finished in one minute’ line. It says everything."
